We often run complex and lengthy disciplinary and grievance hearings, and these are recorded so that accurate minutes can be generated. Julie offers an outstanding service - she generates the minutes within 2-3 days and often within 24 hours.

The minutes are accurate and well-presented. She has had to type up some very poor recordings and meetings where people talk over the top of each other but she always delivers a coherent set of minutes.

Julie makes it easy for us to check back where the recording was unclear by time marking these sections. Julie checks the small details that are so important like the spellings of names. She also ensures that we maintain confidentiality and GDPR data security compliance.

I recently had the pleasure of engaging with Julie who recently helped me to transcribe seven investigation meetings.
